Please do not bring any extra guest to your scheduled appointment. Teens receiving a service may be accompanied by an adult.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable $40 retainer fee is required and will be held on file. Please arrive on time, as a $25 late fee will be applied for arrivals more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or later, your appointment will be cancelled, and 50% of the total service cost will be charged to the card on file.

Please reschedule if you are feeling sick or have had a fever, cough, active cold sores, or a rash within the 24hrs of your appointment.

No-Call/No-Show appointments and same-day cancellations

A 50% service fee of the total service will be charged to the card on file . Full payment will be required prior to booking any additional/future service.
